With a private event, you’re not just reserving a few throwing bays, you’re taking over the whole place! We close the doors to the public, and your crew gets free reign of our entire facility — bar, bays, and all. You bring the people, we’ll bring the axes (and the party).

From flatbreads and pretzel bites to full-on party platters, we’ve got food built for groups who come hungry. Seal the deal with a drink package that matches your vibe, and you’ve got everything you need to eat, sip, and celebrate in between throws.

Pricing Breakdown:

We like to keep it simple (and worth it):

Private Event Fee: $500 (Non-refundable. Required to book. Applies no matter the group size.)

Axe Throwing: $45 per person per hour

Group Minimums:

We require a minimum number of guests to book a private event:

Monday – Thursday: Minimum of 15 guests

Friday – Saturday: Minimum of 20 guests

How It Works:

Shoot us an email with the basics:
- Your preferred date and time
- Estimated group size
- Occasion (if any)
- Any must-haves (food, drinks, vibe, etc.)
We’ll get back to you quickly to confirm availability and get the party rolling.
Once your date is confirmed, we’ll chat through:
- Food options (pre-ordered buffet-style bites or self-serve tabs)
- Drink service (open bar, or self-serve tabs)
- Axe throwing time (we recommend 1.5 hours for every 15 guests)
- Any custom requests — decor, timeline, special setup
A $500 non-refundable event fee secures your spot. The rest is due at the end of your event.
Your guests should arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
Waivers must be signed by all participants (can be done online ahead of time or on-site)
Our axe coaches will:
- Teach your group safety and throwing basics
- Organize high-energy, competitive games
- Keep the energy up and make sure everyone’s having a blast, whether it’s their first time or their tenth.
